Friday, May 7
Cocktails and Cuisine: Salute! A Taste of Italy – Encore/Brahms
Guests can take a guided cocktail tour with Bon Appétit Wine and Spirits Consultant Steve Olson and Wynn Resort's renowned Mixologist, Patricia Richards, as they teach how to shake it like a pro. Guests will also be able to nibble on signature bites from Wynn Chefs James Benson and Theo Schoenegger for a truly delicious immersion experience.

Uncork'd Grand Tasting – Caesars’/Garden of Gods Pool
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the ultimate poolside with 50 of the world’s most celebrated chefs and 75 renowned mixologists and winemakers. Wynn | Encore will be showcased by Chefs Kim Canteenwalla, Richard Chen, Masa Ishizawa, Rene Lenger, Mark LoRusso, David Spero, and Jet Tila.

Celebrity Chef Blackjack Tournament – Encore Pool
Back for a second year, the Celebrity Chef Blackjack Tournament provides an unforgettable opportunity for guests to woo lady luck alongside icons of the culinary world in Encore’s provocative poolside setting. If they would prefer to observe rather than play, then they may come as a spectator and root for their favorite chef while enjoying cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a bird’s-eye-view.

Wynn | Encore participants will include Chefs Paul Bartolotta, Kim Canteenwalla, Carlos Guia, Rene Lenger, Alex Stratta, and David Walzog. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners:

All Vegas Uncork’d ticket holders for the Celebrity Chef Blackjack Tournament will receive complementary access to XS Nightclub at Encore. Ticket holders must be 21 or older to enter, and dress code is strictly enforced.



Saturday, May 8
Ultimate All-Star Interactive Luncheon – Encore/Beethoven
Guests will be offered the opportunity to step into the kitchen and play sous-chef to an all-star lineup of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore chefs at this incredible interactive luncheon. Guests can assist in preparing a decadent meal with personal instruction from acclaimed Chefs Paul Bartolotta, Alex Stratta, and David Walzog. Then, they can sit back and enjoy all of their hard work followed by a sweet ending prepared by Pastry Chef Frédéric Robert. Bon Appétit Editor-In-Chief Barbara Fairchild will host this event.
